The contents of the book are mostly meditative musings. Written in a reflective-contemplative state, the content is about how to find a balance between material-spiritual life. The simple style with which the information is put, helps one to understand and reflect on their lives in awareness.

Our lives, made of beliefs, thoughts, actions, deeds, reactions and responses sometimes bring pain, sometimes joy. In order to live a pain-free and a balanced, aligned, joyful life, some thought adjustment and some belief restructuring, is warranted. Some actions and reactions ought to be re-worked. Some meaning ought to be assigned to life. The book articulates on these matters.
