Forgive & Heal

Forgiveness is a high vibrational energy that emanates from the heart. It releases an individual from the burden of resentments. Resentments can come in any form; anger or hatred or mistrust, dislike or fear etc., against a person or a situation. There could be one emotion at play or several of these emotions bundled together.

When one forgives, one feels inner peace and freedom. In ‘Forgive & Heal’ program, resentments are released. Grudges, regrets, disappointments, indifference and suchlike low- frequency energies are dealt with and released in healing space. This brings lightness to the body and mind to restore wellness.

The workshop entails 10 broad topics and each topic contains anywhere between 2-3 written exercises. The topics include:

  • What is forgiveness? Why is it important?
  • How can forgiveness bring healing?
  • What will happen if I do not forgive?
  • I don’t want to forgive but I want to heal. Can I do that?
  • What if even after taking the program, I can’t forgive?
  • I want to forgive but I am not sure if I should.
    …and much more.

The written exercises are geared towards developing clarity and are ‘self-inquiry’ in nature. The conceptual understanding of a topic comprises stories, anecdotal references and discussions relevant to the topic. All exercises and activities are private, confidential and considered sacred.

The program progresses in three stages: Awareness, Integration and Transformation. At the end of the program, one would have released resentments. If not, give yourself time. Each individual processes their life experiences differently and at their own pace. Not all trees bear fruit at the same time. Forgiveness is a process.

Forgiveness is also practice. Transformation is possible when the taught tools and techniques are integrated and used in real life.
